Over 200 mph……

On Friday 19^th August a Skoda Octavia vRS officially became the worlds fastest two-litre supercharged production car.

 

The 600 bhp “salt spec” racer, built to celebrate vRS 10^th anniversary registered a recording breaking speed of 227.070 mph on Utah’s legendary Bonneville Salt Flat. The run, that was made over a five course and smashed the previous record of 216 mph, set in August 2008.
