For this role you will be required to make outbound calls to existing customers, book vehicles in for service, repair and MOT, help manage the appointment diary using RTC Link system and Kerridge,
Duties would also include data management and service prospecting using the Polk system. Experience in the motor trade would be beneficial but is not essential.
Skills and Experience Required
Excellent communication and telephone manner with good listening skills
The ability to appropriately advise on and sell our wide range of products and services
Be able to work on your own initiative and also be a good team player
You must be self-motivated
Have excellent administration skills
Possess a calm and even temperament
Ability to handle pressure without it affecting working relationships and effectiveness.
IT literate with the ability to use systems and processes
