• Provide administrative support to the two Executive Directors
  • Set up and manage a Human Resources (HR) function, taking first responsibility for:
  • Training
  • Recruitment/selection
  • Management and staff development, including talent spotting and nurturing
  • Internal communication
  • Remuneration policies
  • HR processes and procedures
  • Manage and Maintain existing Health and Safety policy alongside retained consultant
  • Provide an internal audit resource to:
  • Check internal processes to ensure they are robust and being followed
  • Ensure compliance with stakeholder requirements, e.g. VWG, VWFS, FCA.
  • Ensure compliance with Brand Partner Standards and manage annual external audits
