Nathan has a great attitude towards gaining new knowledge and skills, which is great to see in an apprentice and gives you confidence for the future. Nothing is too much trouble and will always help when asked.

Having a complete attitude change and becoming a major part of the Team. Gives 110% every day extremely impressed keep it up.
Nomination Three:
Nathan has really upped his game in the workshop going the extra mile for every customer. Nathan has really started to live and breathe the Simpsons core values, frequently displaying his Passion and always offering to help his colleagues displaying the one team core value. Keep it up Nathan!

Nathan has really excelled and has become a real asset to the department. He has shown the drive to want to do bigger more complex jobs and develop his skills.
Nomination One:
Declan has come a long way and performed tremendously through HY1. Declan’s commitment to the Simpsons Values shines through every day and with every customer. Declan’s willingness to learn and ability to admit when things could have gone better are 2 reasons that Declan is one of Simpsons top performers now. He is a true team player, his commitment to his customers is outstanding. He is always the first member of the Sales team onsite and one of the last to leave.

I am delighted at the progress Declan is making and his passion for the business has shone through recently.
