Full Time and Flexible, Preston and Colne, Lancashire.OTE £37500
Simpsons Skoda is a leading motor dealership group, representing the trusted Skoda brand in Lancashire. With a strong focus on customer experience, innovation, and community, we’re proud to help drivers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle. We’re now looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to drive our marketing activity across our dealerships and digital platforms.
As Marketing Executive, you’ll oversee all aspects of our marketing strategy — from digital campaigns and social media to showroom promotions and supplier coordination. You’ll ensure our brand and messaging are consistent across every channel, helping to drive traffic, enquiries, and ultimately vehicle sales and aftersales bookings.
* Develop and maintain engaging website content to support vehicle sales, aftersales, and brand awareness.
* Manage our significant, well established social media presence, creating engaging posts, videos, and campaigns that build community and showcase our vehicles.
* Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and measurable results.
* Liaise with manufacturers and external suppliers to coordinate marketing materials, approvals, and local advertising initiatives.
* Create and design marketing assets including graphics, point-of-sale materials, event collateral, and email campaigns.
* Support lead generation activities through CRM, digital advertising, and promotional events.
* Monitor and report on marketing performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Maintain accurate and compliant customer records on our central database.
* Proven experience in a marketing environment, ideally within the automotive sector or a multi-site retail environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, website management, and social media best practices.
* Confident in using graphic design tools.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
* A creative eye with a data-driven mindset — able to balance brand storytelling with measurable results.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
* Competitive salary and company benefits.
* Opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a family owned, well respected dealership group.
* Collaborative and supportive working environment.
* Professional development and ongoing training opportunities.
If you’re passionate about cars, customers, and creative marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
