Reports to Head of Business
Response for The Retail Sales Teams Enquiries and Sales Funnel Activity.
To manage the Retail Team’s Sales Funnel activity in-line with the Groups KPI strategy, Prospecting and customer follow up activity, sales aids and product knowledge.
To ensure that 100% of all manufacturer generated test drive requests and hot leads are followed up within agreed timescales.
To ensure that ŠKODA TALK or similar systems are used consistently within the department and used for coaching purposes and to identify sales opportunities at regular points throughout the working day.
To ensure that all departmental policies, processes and procedures comply with Manufacturer standards requirements. (e.g. prospecting with Dealer Web or an acceptable alternative, utilising Si2 data to identify sales opportunities, and 100% completion of activity logs .
To be fully aware of the Brand customer satisfaction programme, review and action hot alerts daily and have a quarterly (minimum) customer satisfaction improvement action plan based on your latest scores. This plan should be in place at the start of each quarter.
To achieve minimum manufacturer and company KPI’s in customer satisfaction and above all to ensure customers enjoy their purchase experience
Due to nature of the role, the desirable candidate will have sales manager experience or will be a senior sales executive looking for career step.
OTE £42,000 dependent on experience.
