About the role:
As a Parts Advisor at Simpsons SKODA Preston you will ensure that all parts orders are efficiently and accurately processed and that all stock purchase records are correctly maintained.
You will also ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
You are responsible for all customers at retail and workshop areas, they must be dealt with quickly and efficiently and all orders must be processed in a timely manner.
All administrative functions must be carried out in an accurate and timely manner and any discrepancies of stock with the Aftersales Manager must be logged.
This role will involve the promotion of parts and associated promotions to potential customers, whilst actively supporting the company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
What we’re looking for:
You should have previous experience in a similar role You will have good verbal and written skills and a passion for both telesales and customer facing sales. Have strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
