Today at the Colne Dealership, Jeff Armer, Head of Business presented Maria Ntouma with her colleague of the quarter award in front of colleagues. Below are some of the comments from colleagues on how she has lived our values:-

Nomination One:

Maria is a very welcoming person in the business, she is great with customers, and we always have people on the phone that appreciate her customer service skills, she is always on point with banking etc and overall makes working with her a very easy task.

Nomination Two:

I had to nominate Maria as a big fat thank you for taking a day out to train me on taking on the Banking. It also didn’t stop there as I was ringing her all the time needing her help & she was amazing. So professional & extremely helpful when I was stressing for no reason.

Nomination Three:

Always the smiling face at the entrance at Colne. Many customers comment on how lovely she is. An unsung hero.
