Our Service Departments at Preston and Colne will continue to accommodate essential MOT, Service and Repair work with some additional safety measures in place.

In accordance with the latest Government guidelines we will continue to operate a 'Click and Collect' or 'Home Delivery' sales department.

Virtual appointments, Live Chat, personalised Video presentations and our phone lines will be available throughout at both Preston and Colne.

Changes coming from 6th January

Essential Service, MOT and Parts Sales

Our Service departments will continue to accommodate essential MOTs, Service and Repairs work, as we have been for some months now. We have developed “Covid-Safe” ways of working and we have special arrangements to help those who are self-isolating, caring for others, or NHS front line staff.

If you are unable to leave the safety of your own home we can also help , as we have increased our capacity for vehicle collections and deliveries.

All essential MOT Service and Repairs will continue to be undertaken on an appointment only basis.

Sales of New and Approved Used Cars

From the 6th January 2021 our showrooms and displays of pre-owned cars will remain closed to the public in line with new Government Tier 4 rules.

However, our teams will be in the dealerships to assist you on the phone, via video link, Facebook, WhatsApp, Live Chat or email. They will personally prepare videos of any car you may be interested in and focus on the features that really matter to you.

Our digital response team will now be available until 9pm, 7 days a week.

You are also able to secure your choice of Approved used car directly from our website for just £99.

All of our ‘paperwork’ is now issued via email and is e-Signature compatible.

Vehicle handovers have for some time been ‘Covid-Safe’ and we offer either ‘Click and Collect’ or ‘Home Delivery’ facilities – the choice is yours.

So, while our showrooms are closed, we are fully set up in a “Covid-Safe” way to sell and deliver new and pre-owned cars, and carry out all the essential servicing, repairs and MOT, in support of all our customers.
