Can any customer use the Clever Repair Centre?

Yes. We welcome existing Simpsons customers and other local motorists, and we work on all vehicle makes and models.

Do I need an EMaC maintenance plan?

No. Customers without an EMaC plan can still contact us for an assessment and retail repair estimate.

Are the EMaC products insurance policies?

Your EMaC Maintenance Plan is NOT an insurance policy and is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It is an Agreement to provide routine Maintenance Inspections and Treatments and/or Repairs.

How do I know whether I have a live plan?

Complete the enquiry form or call us on 01772 695650. Please have your vehicle registration and customer details available.

What damage can you repair?

We can assess cosmetic scratches, scuffs, minor dents, bumper damage, alloy wheel damage and tyre concerns. The appropriate solution will depend on the size, location and severity of the damage.

Can you repair my lease or PCP vehicle?

Yes. We can inspect vehicles before the end of an agreement and advise on suitable cosmetic repairs. Any return charges remain subject to the standards and decisions of the finance or leasing provider.

How long will the work take?

Timescales depend on the type and extent of the work required. Our team will provide an indication following assessment.

Where are you located?

Simpsons Clever Repair Centre is based at Walton Summit, conveniently located for Preston, Bamber Bridge, Leyland, South Ribble and the wider Lancashire area.
