Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Reports To: Financial Controller
Salary: Minimum Hourly Rate
Hours: 25 Hours Per Week Monday to Friday. 4.5 Hours Per Day and Start Time Flexible.
We are looking for a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our accounts teams.
- Enter invoices, and scan, onto the Kerridge computer system;
- Chase managers to ensure all invoices are authorised in a timely manner;
- Code invoices with correct nominal code and pass on system;
- Agree purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements on a monthly basis;
- Investigate any discrepancies and chase up missing statements and invoices;
- Prepare the monthly payment run;
- Carry out other accounts and admin duties as and when necessary to support the overall Accounts Team.
